Returns

You may return a product within 30 days of receiving your order if it meets the following criteria:

1. The item is unused and in its original packaging.
2. All accompanying accessories, tags, and documents are included.
3. The product is not personalized or customized.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
